Sheweth


That your petrs. said Husband is now in his Matys
Service and about three weeks aged was Draughted
of and left Yor. Petr in a very poor condicon with two
Children the one Sucking at her breast who are
ready to perish for want

Yor: Petr therefore humbly prays she
may be allowed such relief from the
said parish till her said Husband returnes
for the Support of herselfe & poor Children
As to yor. Worshipps shall Seeme Meet

And Yor. Petr. Shall Ever pray Etc
