the Overseer of the poor and Inhabitants
of the Parish of St: Peter ad Vincula in
the Liberty of the Tower of London

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands and Seats
of Bastwick Johnson< no role > and Robert Kyrby< no role > Esqrs two
of his Maties: Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middx (Quorumunus) bearing date the 20th: day of
this Instant February Frances Suest< no role > Widow was
removed from the Hamblett of Wappin Stepney in
the Parish of St: Dunstan Stepney in this County to
the said Parish of St: Peter ad Vincula on to the
place of her last legall Settlemt:

That your petrs think themselves agreived
by the said Order and Humbly appeale to this Honrble
Court agt: the same

And therefore humbly pray that your
Worships would be pleased to Order the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the
poor of the said Hamblett of Wappin
Stepney and all other persons concerned
to attend this Court Some day this prsent
Sessions to heare and abide the Judgment
and determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeale.
