One Randell having been bound over by Mr.
Fuller to appear at this present Session & answr. for
Seditious words, & several others having also been
bound over for the like offences by other Justices of ye.
peace, who have transmitted Copys of their
Informacons, in ordr to my getting direccons from one
of his Maty's.Justices of the PeaceSecretarys of State to prosecute
Such offenders at his Maty's. charge; I trouble your
wth. this to desire that no person who appears
for the first time this Session for any offence agt.
the Governmt. may be discharged this Session, but
that such persons may all be continued over upon
their Recognizances till the next Session, by wch.
time I Shall know whether they are to be psecuted
by me or not.
