Parish of St: Giles without
Cripplegate in the said County.

Sheweth

That your Peticoner it rates for the Sum of
Fiffteen Hundred pounds Stock or personall
Estate in the poors rate of the said Parish
whereby he Conceives himselfe much aggrieved
and appeals against the same

Yors Petitr therefore humbly
prays he may be Eased in the
said rate As to this Court shall
seeme meete.
