That Yor. Petitioner Lives in a Victualling
House and is assessed at two shillings Six Pence in
the pound to ye Poor's Rate and also for
thirty pounds Stock to ye Poor and He through
want of Business & Misfortunes being
reduc'd to Poverty not having twenty
pounds in ye World his Debts Paid
Humbly prays that he may be Relieved
in this Case as ye Law Directs or as it
shall seem Just to Yor. Worspps
