for the County of Middx

The humble Peticon of Mary Champlin< no role >

Sheweth


That your Peticoner is a poor Penticoner in the
parish of St. Andrew Holborne in the Liberty above the
Barrs in the said County, for these ten yeares past and
hath had an allowance of four shillings P Month for her and
three small Children which all are at this time a great
Charge and trouble to your peticoner for their maintainance
being a very poor and infirme Woman unable to Work to
support herself or Children, and the same allowance being
taken from her by the present Oversees of the Sd. Liberty
for some Months past, and onley allow six pence P Week
for herself and three small Children and severall of her
friends and Acquaintance being Dead and no Relations to
help or assist her or her Children whereby she is brought
into a very poor and needfull Condicon she and her said
Children wanting at this time the Common Necessaries
of Life

Yor. peticonr. therefore most humbly prayes this
Worshipll Court will be pleased to grant an
Order to the Overseers of the "poor of the said
Liberty to" pay and allow unto her such weekly
allowance for herself and Children, as to your
Worshipps shall seem meet

And she as in Duty bound will ever
pray Etc
