Sheweth

That your petitioner is rated 8d Pmo towards the
poor rate that your petitioner is a very poor man and
hath a wife and family and is unable to pay the said
rate or any part thereof and humbly appeals to this
Court against the same

And prays Your Worships will,
discharge him from paying ye sd rates or
any part thereof And in Duty bound
shall ever pray Etc
