To the Right Worshipfull His Maties: Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex

The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Overseers of the Poor of
the Liberty of the Rolls in the said County

Sheweth


That by Warrant render the Hands & Seals of Richard Bealing< no role > & Edward Le Neeve< no role > Esqr [..]
two of His Maties: Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid (Quon unns) bearing date the
twenty fifth day of July 1717 Robert Stokes< no role > aged fifty years with his Six Children (Vizt)
William < no role > aged about twenty two, Hannah < no role > aged about nineteen, Robert < no role > aged about
fifteen, Sarah < no role > aged about thirteen, Richard < no role > aged about eleven, & Elizabeth < no role > aged about
Seven years, Were passed from the parish of St. Ann within the Liberty of Westminister
in the said County to the said Liberty of the Rolls as the place of their Legall Settlement

Your Peticoner: think themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of the said
two Justices do Appeal to this Court and humbly pray that the Church
-Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Ann within the
Liberty of Westminster & all other persons herein concerned may
be Ordered to attend this Court some day this Sessions to hear &
abide the Judgment & determination of this Court upon & touching this
Appeal
