That your Petitioner by his Indenture of Apprenticehood.
bearing Date the Fourth Day of September 17 [..]
became an Apprentice to Dacimus Price< no role > Sw [..]
Cutler for the terme of Seven yeares Comencing
From the day of the date of the said Indenture
As there by appeares.

That your Petitioners said Master is & for sometime
past hath been a Prisoner in the Marshalsea prison C [..]
in Southwarke & yor petitioner is noe weires taken
Care of as to Necessrys or Instructed his busy used
And for as much as yor petitrs. Indenture not being
Indented humbly Coxtewes the same to be
Illegal

Yor Petitr therefore humbly
Prays he may be discharged
from his Apprentice hood to the
