Deponent having on or about the 20th day of April last
bought some Goodes Vizt. A Suit of Headcloaths as
handkerchiefe Ruffles Apron and Tucker of one

were stolen being taken out of the Tewkesbury Waggon
drove by

Caused the said Elizabeth
Tudor to be apprhended by Mr Johnson's Warrant who
committed her to new Prison where she now is (as this
Deponent beleives) upon suspicon of having stole the
said Goods And this Deponent Further maketh Oath
That the Said
George Clarke< no role >
who drives the said
Tewkesbury Waggon out of which his said Goodes
were stole as aforesaid is now out of Town & will
not be in London untill next Fryday come sennight
(as this Deponent is informed & beleives) & that the
said George Clarke is a very materiall Evidence
to consist the said Tudor of the said offence and
that this Deponent is not able to Psecute with effort
the said Tudor untill the said George Clarke
comes to London.
