Sheweth.

That by Warrant or order Dated the Sixth day of May
last under ye hands & Seales of Samuel Jones< no role > & Thomas West< no role > [..]
two of his Matys Justices of ye peace for ye Sd. County of Middx
(Quor unus) Isabella Barker< no role > widow & two Children Vizt.
Henry Barker< no role > Aged about nine yeares & Daniel Barker< no role > aged about
Six yeares were removed from ye Hamlett of Ratcliffe in ye
parish of stepney in this County to the aforesd. parish of Maidstone
in Kent as the place of ye last legall settlement of the sd.
Isabella Barker & her two Children.

That your peticoners humbly Conceive themselves aggreived
by the Sd. Order of ye Sd two Justices & appeal agt ye
Same.

Your Peticoners therefore humbly
pray your worshipps will be pleased to
appoint a day in this sessions for all parties
to attend to hear & abide the Judgment
& determinacon of this Court touching
ye sd. appeale
