and overseers of the poor of the parish of St: Mary
White Chappell in the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seales of
Bastwick Johnson< no role > and Robert Kyrby< no role > Esqrs two of his
Maties: Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
(Quor unus) bearing date the 16th: day of May last
Elizabeth Forrest< no role > widow and her two Children (Vizt) John< no role >
and William < no role > were conveyed from the hamblett of
Wapping Stepney in the parish of St: Dunstans Stepney
in the said County to the said parish of St: Mary
White Chappell as to the place of their last Legall
Settlement.

That your Petitioners think themselves agrieved
by the Order of the said two Justices and
humbly Appeale to this Honrble: Court against
the same.

And pray that your Worshipps would
be pleased to Order the Churchwardens
and overseers of the poor of the sd:
Hamblett of Wapping Stepney and
all other parties concerned to
Attend this Court someday this
present Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgement & determinacon
of this Court touching the said
appeale.
