That Yor: Petr: served the Office of Headborough in the [..]
parish the Year last past & is appointed one of the Overseers
of the Poor in the said parish for this present Year.

That yor. Petr. hath not money to expend & lay down
to the use of the Poor of the said Parish & his wife also
lieth very ill of the Rheumatism So hath no Servant
to takes Care of his business in his absence
