Sheweth

That by an order of this Court made in September last the
Church wardens & overseers of the poor of the said Hamble [..]
were ordered to allow your peticoner five Shillings p Mou [..]
towards her Mainteynance to geather with the arrears of her
pencon & to Continue the same untill further Order of this
Court But the Church wardens & Overseers refuse to obey the
same & stand in Contempt there of And for as much ad your
peticoner being in great want ready to edrish

Your Petr there fore humbly prays this Con [..]
will be & [..] sed to order the Churchward
& Overseers to attend some day this Sess [..]
to shew Cause why they refuse to obey
the said Order
