The Humble Peticon and appeale of
Edward Percivall< no role > of the parish of
St. Mary White Chappell in the said
County.

Sheweth

That your Petr: is an Inmate having only a
Cellar in the said parish for which he pays Seven pounds
ten Shillings P Annum

That your Petr: hath for some time last past been
rated thirteen Shillings P Annum towards the
releife of the poor of the said Parish besides
Overrates your Petr: there fore thinks himself
agrieved and Humbly Appeals to this Honeble. Court
against the same.

And prays that ye this shipps
would be pleased to Order
that he may be wholly discharged
from paying any parochiall
Rate he being very poor and
of mean Circumstances.

And your Petr: shall Ever pray Etc
