Humbley Saieth that you would be pleased for to Consider
my deplorable Condecion for I have bin a long time under Confind [..]
and have bin verey ill Ever sens i have bin under this Confindence
and no frind for to give me aney releve for my wife and
cheldren are verey ill and not able for doe aney thing for me
I humbley beg your honrable faver for to grant me the
fees of the gole for i am not able for to pay them and if
not i must ley hear and perish and my poor fameley all so
and your poor petecioner as in Duty shall for Ever pray
