Hugh Letherd< no role > of the Parish of St
James Clerkewel in the said County

Sheweth

That your peticoner hath Lived in the sd Parish
for these five & years & upwards & was never
rated in the poors rate thereof untill this prsent
year

That your Peticoner is a poor Labouring man
& hath a wife & two Children to mainteyne.
by means where of & his poor Circumstances.
he is not able to pay to the said poors rate and
appeals against the same

Your Petitr therefore humbly.
prays he may be wholly Discharged
from paying to the sd poor rate.
