the Said County And to the Constable & Headborrs. of the sd. Hamlet and to

Whereas complaint upon Oath hath been made unto us whose hands & Seals are
hereunto Sett two of his Maties Justices of the peace residing in the sd. parish in the Said
County of Middlx by the sd. Surveyors: That notice was given in the Church belonging
to the said Hamlet for every Pson within the sd. Hamlet not being a hired Servt.
to worke Six days appointed upon the Highways belonging to the sd Hamlet in
this prsent year (1716) And Whereas further complaint upon Oath hath been
made by the sd. Surveyors. that the Sevall psons hereundr. named Householdrs:
within the sd. Hamlett have Severally failed to make their Sevall respect [..]
Six days labour in this prsent year for the repairing of the sd. Highways
belonging to the sd. Hamblett And have Sevally neglected to Send or hire
of them a Man to work the sd. Six days So appointed as abovesaid [..]
the repairing of the Sd. Highways of the Said Hamlet Therefore [..]
Said Justices of the peace [..] Adjudge the Sd. Severall Psons hereundr. [..]
to have forfeited one Shilling & Six pence P day each of the Sd. Six days
for Such their Sevall failures or neglect as abovesaid which in the whole
is Nine Shillings each Seson

These are therefore in his Maties Name And in
Pursuance of the sd Statute in that case made & pvided to will & require you the
Said Surveyors. or either of you once more to demands of the Sd Sevall Psons the
Sevall Sumes of money hereundr at each Particular Psons name Set down
And in case they or any of them neglect or refuse to pay the Same that then
you levy the Same by distress & Sale of the Offendrs. goods rendring to him her
or them the Over plus that Shall remain upon the Sale thereof first taking
out one Shilling & Six pence out of the sd. Sevall [..] wch is the charge
Wee adjudge for disremining of each Pson And Wee will & require the
Constable & Headborts of the sd. Hamblett & every of them to be Aiding and
[..] the due [..] of this our Warrt Given undr. our hands
Seales this 4th. day of December Ano Dui 1716 .
