Sheweth
That yor. Petir. have served the Crown
all
King Williams Reign both Horse and foot, both by Sea
and Land and by breaking of a Horse at Worcester
yor. Petir. agrer. any unluckey blow by the Said Horse that
broke his Sukull which he was then discharged being
not Capable of Serving any longer (and ever Since yor.
Petir. have not been in his Right Sences, especially when
drinking any Strong Liquors, then yor. Petitioner is like a
distracted man, which Several of yor. Petrs. Neighbours
non attending
[..] this Honble. bench will give Oath of
the Same if required, and that yor Petitr. is well affected
to this present Government as by Law Establish'd.
Yor. Worsps. Petitioner being a very Poorman
most humbly begs yor. Worshs. Compassion as
to Consider the premisses, and his Weak
infimities, that yor. Petitioner may be acquited
and discharg'd as yor. Worsps. Great Wisdoets
Shall seem meet
