That Yor. petr. is assesd by the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
parish of St Sepulchre [..] in the sd. County Three shillings a Quartr. towards the
Releife of the poor there Wch. said Quartely Rate or Assessmt. is (at two thillings
in the pound And at the Rate of Six pounds P Annn

That Yor Worspps Petr. rents but a house of Three pound 10s P Annn So
that he thinks himselfe very much aggreved thereby

Yor petr. therefore most humbly prays Yor. Worspps.
that he may be releivd in the sd prmisses
