of St James Clerkenwell in the
said County.

Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated in the Poors rate
of the said Parish for the House he Dwells in
after the yearly rent of Seaven pounds Whereas
your Petitioner payes noe more then four
Pounds of Annn rent As appeares by Receipts
Wherefore he Appeals agst the same

Your Petitr: therefore humbly
prays such Relief in the
premises As to this Court
shall be thought Meete

And Yor petr Shall Ever pray etc.
