Whereas by order made by this Court on the tenth day of April
last by consent of Mr. Serj. Darnall of Councell for Richard
Browne

William Pattenden< no role > other Inhabitants of the same parish and
likewise by consent of Mr. Corbett of Councell for John King< no role > late
Churchwarden of the sd. parish, It was Ordered that the said
John King< no role > should attend Robert Thornhill< no role > John Offley< no role >
Alexander Ward< no role > John pery< no role > John Fuller< no role > Felix Feast< no role > and
Thomas Rand< no role > Esqrs. Justices of the peace for this County or any
five of them at such times & places as they should appoint with
a true & perfect accompt of all Sumes of money reced by
him the sd. John King< no role > or rated & sessed & not reced and alsoe
of such stock as was [..] in his hands or in the hands of any of
the poor of the sd. parish to worke, and of all other things concerning
his said Office, which said Justices of the peace or any five of
them were by the said Order desired to inspect examin & take
such accompt of the said John King< no role > , and to certify a true state
thereof and their opinions touching the premisses unto this Court
on this fifteenth day of May instant at eight of the clock in the [..]
forenoon to the end such further Order might be made as should
be just, Now upon applicacon made unto this Court by the said
Richard Browne< no role > Elisha Bently< no role > John Ham< no role > Robert Champ< no role > John
Harris

James Bull< no role > & William Pattenden< no role > who alledged that the aforesaid
accompt of the sd John King< no role > is not yet taken, and that it had been
found & is very difficult to obtain a meeting of five of the said
Justices of the peace together to take the same, and that by reason
thereof and that such accompt is very intricate & perplexed the same
could not be taken & stated within the time limitted by the said
