By Warrant undr. the hands & Seales of Tho: Sewell< no role > &
Hayne< no role > Esqrs . two of his Majties. Justices of the peace for the County
of Midd (quor unus) Wm. Toop< no role > an Infant aged abt. 8 yeares
Robt. Toop< no role > an Infant aged abt. 6. yeares & Philip Toop< no role > an
Infant aged about 3 months were removed from the Respondts to
the Appellts. as the place of the last legall Settlemt. of Robert
Toop
< no role > their father.

Note Mr. Truby hath been
out of St Brides pish above
12 yrs. and lived in St. Pauls

if Toop did not go Hither
wth. him


The Order for removeall not Setting forth any perticuler
Settlement in St. Brides, We beleive the Settlemt. will be
that Robt. Toop< no role > the father was an Apprentice to Richd. Truby< no role >
a Vintner in that parish but lett the Respondts. made
out that if they can wch. if they do. Mr. Jno. Wright< no role >
can prove that the sd. Toop was after that an hired
Servt . to him & lived wth. him a yeare & rewards being
then a Single man.

Note


Mr. Wright hath a Subpena left at his house to appeare at
Hicks Hall Thursday ye. 12th inst. but he was then out of
Town, So that if he doth not appeare move to have the Appeale
putt of till next Sessions, which can be no prejudice to the
Respondts. the Charge being now wth. the Appellts.

To prove the (Drive) of the Six and that Mr
Wright was then out of Town, if occasion}
