among the Records of the Sessions of the
pace & Gaole Delivery for the County of
Midd of find that at the Generall gaole
Delivery held for the said County on
Wednesday the Seventh day of Aprill
in the 13th: yeare of the Regine of our late
Sovereigns Lady Queen Anne one Ann Woodroff< no role >
Spr Stands indicted for feloniously stealing
two yards of silver fringe of the value
of Silver pounds & three holland shirts
of the value of thirty Shillings being the
goods & chattells of Robt: Vyner< no role > Esqr And that
the said Ann Woodroff afterwards at the
Sessions of gaole Delivery held for the sd
County at Justice hall in the old Baily in
the Suburbs of the City of London in
Wednesday the seventh day of December
last past third psonally appeare & pleaded
to the said Indictmt. & received her tryall
thereupon and was there of imediately
legally acquited Given under pay hand the
7th. day of January Anno Dui 1715
