as he calleth himself name into this Deponents
House & call'd for a Till of Red porte & after having
continued in has House one Hour or There about there was on
a shelf in Hitching 3 Silver Spoons Mark'd L P. R. & that
after the Said Edwd. Smith was gone he must them upon which
he seem his servant to Cook for him but they not finding
him Returned & that he doth suspect the Said Edwdr
Smith to have taken the same & further saith not

continued in the Sd Ditching an Hour or there abouts
there was on a shelf in the Sd Kitching 3 Silver Spoons
& after he the Said Edward Smith< no role >
was gone half an
hour or There about searching for the place that
was below hours must the 3 Spoons & that noe other
person came into the Kitching after the Sd Edwrd Smith
& that she doth very much Suspect the Sd Edwrd Smith
to have taken the same & further Saith not
