aged about two and Twenty Yeares
taken upon Oath this 12th. day of Augt
1715

He saith that on Monday last he was hired Servant to
one Major Richardson Pack< no role > lodging in Orange Street agt. ye
Golden head & that on Tuesday following this Informt.
was with ye sd Major Pack it the Fountaine Tavern in
the Stond & Stayed there untill about one the next
Morning & then they went to his Lodging where this
Informt. undress him & he ordered him to takes Napkin
to rubb him doson which he did & as he was doeing is
he took him be the Fair of the Head, and run his Pack into this Informt. Month & he endea
vouring to cry out he took the bed Cloths & wrapped them
abt. his head to prent the same & tore his breaches
down them took held of this Informt. [..] pack & stand & tord them downs & thrust
his Prick three times into his body before he spent
& then spent in his body then he took the Cloaths
from of his Head & threatned him that if he aged
out or made any norse that he would Sacrifore him
& so he crop as week as he could up to his bed where
this Informt. thre a himselfe [..] he
blead at the yard about two or three pints of blood &
that he was not in a Condicon to cry out or make any
noise being almost spent
