Sheweth


That for the Fact where of your petitr stood Indicted in this Court this
present Sessions your Worshipp were pleased to Fine her Tenn Pounds And.
for Now payment there of to Comitt her to New prison in this County Where
She now Remaines.

That your petitioner is a very poor Woman & hath Four Children to
mainteyne and now big with Child and her Husband a poor Grave Digger
who by reason of his Sircumstances Is at present Obliged to Abscond.
And your petitr. hath divers times made application to the Prosecutor
in order to agree But she Insists upon such Unreasonable Demands.
that your Petitr can noe waines Comply with And for as much as your Petr.
being very sorry for the said Offence and not Capable of paying
the said Fine

Your Petitr: therefore humbly.
prays your Worspps will be pleased.
to Comiserate her Deplorable.
