for the County of Middx

The humble peticon of Ann Munday< no role > of the
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the
Said County Widdow .

Sheweth


That your poor petr. hath lived in the said
parish about fifty pones, And in her husband fine
paid all dutys but now haveing nothing where with
to Subsist upon, being came on her left Side, and
being about Seavety eight pones of Age, and not
able to gett any think to maintaine herselfe, and-
pay her Rent and if not received must undoubtedly-
pensh

Therefore humbly prays your Worps to-
order the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the said parish to allow her
a monthly penson ad to your Worps-
Shall Seem meet.

And your petr. Shall Pray Etc.
