This is to give you notice that I design to Morrow being the
Nine and Twentieth day of April 1715 to move the Bench of
Justices at Hicks' Hall to discharge the Recognizance by me
and others entred into before Mr Justice Cowper for my
appearance at the prsent Sessions to Answer a Complaint by
you exhibited against me
