Whereas Complaint hath been unto us Her Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (Quors unns) by the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of he parish of Heston in the Said County That
John Tribbick< no role > & Mary< no role > his wife with their four Children (vizt.)
Martha< no role > aged about ten years Mary< no role > aged about eight years Noah< no role >
aged about three years & Susannah< no role > aged about twelve months
are lately come into the Said parish endavouring to Settle themselves
there contrary to Law, And it appearing unto as the Said Justices
that they are likely to become chargable to the Said parish, And
whereas upon examination of the Said John Tribbick< no role > taken
upon Oath it farther appeareth unto as that about six & twenty years
since (being then an unmarried person) he became a Servant hired
by the year to one Reynold Reynolds< no role > a Farmer in the parish of
Twickenham in the said County with whom he Served one whole
year & reced four pounds two Shillings & Six pence for his years
wages, And Since he left the Service of the Said Reynold Reylonds< no role >
we do not find he hath gained any Settlement ellwhere
We the Said Justices d [..] adjudge the Said parrish [..]
be the place of the last Legall Settlement of the Said John Tribbick< no role >
Mary< no role > his wife & their Said four Children And do therefore in
Her Maties name charge & command the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Said parish of Heston forthwith to remove &
convey the Said John Tribbeck< no role > Mary< no role > his wife & their Said four
children from the Said parish of Heston to the Said parish of
Twickenham and deliver them to the Churchwardens or Overseers
of the Poor there (together wth: a true copy of this Warrant) who are
hereby required to receive them into their care & to provide
for them according to Law Given under Our Hands & Seals the
fifteenth day of May in the thirteenth year of the Reign of Our
Sovereign Lady Ann by the grace of God Queen of great Britain Etc

of the respective parishes of Heston & Twickenham
in the County of Middlesex & to all others whom
may concern
