And by [..] the Justices of the peace for this County assembled at the same Generall Sessions the heareing & determining
of the said appeale was (at the request of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of St. Martin in the
fields & on their paymt. of twenty shillings costs to the said
Appellants) further adjorned untill thsi fourteenth day of May
instant [..] being an adjormnt. day of the same Generall
Sessions of the peace) And upon heareing of what was
insisted on by Councell for the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of St. Martin in the fields and
alsoe by Councell for the said Appellants For that it appeareth
to this Court that the said Catharine Mackmanious Eyckmans< no role >
was last legally settled in the said precinct of the Savoy in
the strand This Court doth disallow of the said appeale,
and doth ratify & confirm the aforesaid Order of the said
two Justices of the peace.
