It is Ordered by this Court that it be And It is here by recomend [..]
unto Robert Dennett< no role > Thomas Frampton< no role > & Stephen Hall< no role > Esqrs .
Justices of the peace for this County or any two of there to Sum [..]
before them the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the
Hamblett of Lune& other Inhabitants of the hamblett of Lime [..]
Within menconed who are usually present at makeing the publi [..]
rates thereof to shew cause why the Petr. should not be reimbursed
the within menconed sume of sixty pounds eleven Shillings & [..]
nine pence, [..] And in case it shall appeare to the said
Justices of the peace or any two of them that the sd. Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor have not Sufficient money in their hands
Whereout to reimburse the Petr. the sd. Sume, Then the sd. Justices
of the peace or any two of them are here by desired to conside [..]
some proper method and to recomend it to the sd. Churchwardens &
Overseer of the poor & Inhabitants to make a rate upon the
Inhabitants of the sd. hamblett whereby the Petr. may be reimbursed
the sume above menconed.
