It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of Tottenham is this County have
notice of this peticon, and that they doe attend [..] Court on
Saturday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to answer
for their contempt in not paying the sume of fourty five
shillings unto the within named Thomas Burrell< no role > &Joan his< no role >
wife for the arreares of their pencon, & in not provide P for
& delivering unto them shifts & streets pursuant to an Order
made at the Generall Session of the peace held for this Co [..]
by adjornmt. on the Sixth day of September in the tenth
of the reign of her present matie. Queen Ann as the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor will answer the
contrary at their peril.
