Whereas it appeareth unto us Her Maties: Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex That William Cranwell< no role > of
the parish of St Benet Fink in the City of London
Baker became bound in a Recognizance before St Th [..]
Abrey Knight one of Her Maties; Justices of the peace for
the Said City for the Appearance of Jonathan Warrington< no role > at
the genall quarter Sessions of the peace held for the County
of Middlesex in Aprill last [..] to answer the complaint
of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St Mary white chappell in the Said County forbetting
begetting of Elizabeth Ashton< no role > Singlewoman wth: child and
chargable to the Said parish And Whereas it appeareth
unto us upon Oath that Securetie hath been Sine given
to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Said parish
of White Chappell to Save the parish harmless of the chance
of maintaining the Said Bastard Child These are therefore
to Authorise & desire the Clerke of the peace for the Said
County of Middlesex to forbear estreating untill the
next genall quarter Sessions of the peace to beholden for the
Said County And this Shall be his warrant Given under our
hands & seals this 18th day of October 1713
