Sheweth

That yor Petr is rated and Assessed for & towards the
Releife of the poor of the Parish of Ealing otherwise
Zealing in this County after the rate of £20. P ann for his
Estate note in his own Occupacon

That the said Estate hath been hitherto charged at
£8. P ann only. and hath been Lett by Lease at the yearly
Rent of £8. 10s. and no more.

Your petr therefore finding himself aggrieved
by the said Rate, Appeals to this Court against the
same. And prays, the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the said Parish, may be Ordered to [..]
this Court some day this Prsent Sessions to show cause
why yor petr shall not be relieved in the Prmisses.
