That yor. Petr. is an Inhabitant of the aforesd. parish
of St. Bottolphs without Aldgate & rents a house of £18
P And for which he is charged to the poors rate 3d
P Month yor. Petr. thinking himselfe agreived humble
appeales to this Honoble Court against the sd: rate and
prayes that yor. Worshepps would be pleased to Ordr.
the Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of the aforesd.
Parish to attend this Court some day this present sessions
to shew Cause why yor. Petr. should not be releived in
the Premisser
