-crepid man & not able to work, having a legal Settlement
in the parish of Paddington , & upon application to the sd
parish the Church wardens & Overseers refuse to give any
Sustenance to your Petr. Said Father, & have refus'd to ap.
-pear to Majr Hanway's Summons to Shew cause why they
wou'd not.

Your Petr. therefore humbly prays that She
may have an Order of Session to have her
Said Father's case consider'd, he being almost
Starv'd with Hunger & cold. Etc
