the authorety of a late Act of Parliament
and your worships ought to be aquainted
therewith which is this, in the middle row
in holborn next ye old parrs head is now
run up & Crisk houses from ye ground
the westman who builds ye Same (altho
he has been often adnerfied of ye Danger
herein) has been so presumptions as to
run all ye timber of ye one house into
the wall of ye house of Mdm Parr at
the of & pars head and hand built no
party wall as ye Act prescribs be
pleasd to take the same into somideratie
