That yor. petr. was by ordr. undr. the hands & Seals of Bastwick
Johnson< no role > & Thomas Frampton< no role > Esqrs , two of her Majties. Justices of the
peace of this County dated the 2d day of July last adjudged the reputed
Father of female bastard Child bane in that part of the parish of Saint
Dunstan Shoreditch als Stepney called or known by the Humble
of Wapping Stepeny in this County [..] of the body Martha Payne< no role > being Charge & to pay the Sevall Sumes of
money therein expences by the sd ordr appears;

That yor petr concerneing himself to be Aagreivd by the
Adjudicacon of the sd two Justices doe humble Appeale
to this Court therefrom;

Yor petr. therefore humbly prays yor Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day for the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the poor of the [..]
sd Hamblett of Wapping Stepney to attend this
Court to was & abide the Judgmt. thereof
