That Yor. petr. did by his Indenture of Apprenticeship
bearing date the 21o.
September Anno Din 1709
become Apprentice unto one

the term of Seven Years comencing from the day of the date of the said
Indenture As thereby may appear
That yor. petrs. said Indenture is not indented according to Law
That your petrs. said Master doth very much abuse him and that yor. petr. is
not able to learn his trade by reason his said Master is le severe to him
That the said Rawlins lives is very ill Reputation Insomuch that name of his
Neighbours can give him any Caracter that becomes a Man.
That yor Petr. therefore humbly prays Yor. Worspps to be
pleased to order that his said Master may appear tomorrow
morning by ten of the Clock before this Honble Bench To
Shew cause why Yor. petr. may not be discharged from his
sd Apprenticeship
And yor. petr. shall ever pray Etc
