for the County of Middx assembled in Quarter Sessions

Thos. Herbert< no role > late Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the said County

Sheweth


That yor petrs being elected Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of
St. Clement Danes for ye Yeare 1710. have expended and laid out for
the necessary Releife and maintenance of the poor of the said parish
the Sume of Two hundred [..] eighty four pounds fourteen shillings
and four pence farthing more than they have Collected and received
for the use of the poor of the said Parish as by their Accounts
stated and allowed by the Vestry of the said Parish and afterward
Examined and allowed Richard Bealing< no role > and John Smith< no role > Esqrs
two of her Matyes Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx may appeare

Therefore yor. petrs. humbly pray yor. Worspps
to take their Case into yor. Confideracon And to
Order the Churchwardens and other the antient Inhabitants of the said Pish
of St. Clemt. Danes to make a rate on the
sevall Inhabitants of the said Parish to
reimburse yor. petrs. the said Sume of
Two hundred eighty four pounds fourteen
shillings and four pence farthing due
to them as aforsesaid
