The Informacon of George Wilson< no role > Butcher taken upon Oath this.
29th. day of June. 1711

Who saith That he hath been Prisoner in the Gatehouse
ever since the.23th. of Decr. last for Debt

That he was looks up into a Wars where there was a house
of Office for sewall monthy together, which was Naureons &
very Offensive

That about Quarter of a Year after his evening in the
No [..] ness. & clorenesse of the place being ready [..]
him, & one Capt. Magratt & John howard two other Prisonr ye.
werein Ye same roome they did by Letter desire Capn. Tayler
that a Window belonging to the said Roome wth. had been walled
up about. 3. Years night be open'd to lett in Aire, wth he tooke
noe Notice off thereupon this Informt. tookeup a Poker, & broke
downe Bricks wherewith Ye said Window was walled up, & thus
prid Ye Window which was secured with Iron Barry that goe
body could goe out of it, that he had noe denine nor Possibility
to gett out, but, did it only for Ye benefitt of the Aire. The
Turnkey being Prsent. & then this Informt. was putten Irons by
Capts. Taylors order. & sent downe into the Hole on the Felones
Side, where having continued Five days in Irons this Informts
Brother coming Expended. 19. or. 16s. upon Caps. Tayler & other
Persons in the said Prison wth. see Motified Capts. Tayler, that he
suffered him to have his Irons taken off & him remanded into his
former Ward & the Turnkey had a Shilling from his said
Brother for taking off his Irons. That one Wheatly who is
an Agent to Capt. Tayler did offer the Informts. Sabr if she
would give him 10 s. he would gett him out of the Hole

The Nauscioumesse of the Ward abovemenconed was soe
very great that Capt. Magrath an elderly Man being not able
to bear it any longer Ye Informt. brought him downe into the Yares
to take a little Aire to recover his Breath wch. he was permitted to
doe. provided he Expended mony. when this Informts. & Magrath
werein the Year they drank a Mugg of Drink. & 3. Quarterns of
Geneva which Mugg was short Measure.

That while this Informt. & Magrath were [..] drinking in the
Yard a Peatle was Rung to give Notice to with draw into their
Wards, & thereupon having not drank up the Drink they were we
Angry at it that they broke the Mugg he was carry'd back to his
Ward & the next Morning Capt. Tayler came with a Weapon
