Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us whose hands & Seales [..] eth
Sett Two of her Majties Justices of the Peace for the Sond Coundy of Middx (Quor ano)
and Inhabiteing in or next her Limitts of the Parish Church of the Parrish of St
Clement Danes in the County of Middx aforesaid That Mary Johnson< no role > Sin [..]
was [..] ott abt the Fourteenth day of May last Pass delivered of affemale Bastard
Children at the House of Mr Wilks in Clements Lane in the Parrish of St Clement danes
[..] said County of Middx Sinse Baptized Mary which Said Child is already [..]
[..] able to the Inhabitants of the Said Parish and upon Examination of [..]
[..] for taken before Us upon Oath it appeareth unto Us [..] Thomas [..]
of [..] Clark Sonr Sheriff Office on the Backside [..] St [..]
on mr parrish of St Clement danes in the County [..]
of the Said Female Bastard Child be gotten on the body of the Sa [..]
[..] therefore Derm and And Ad judge the Said Thomas Clark< no role > [..] tobe the [..]
farther of the Send female Bastard Child And do hereby Order & app [..]
[..] Copy of this our Order being first delivered unto him) For [..]
cause. to be Paid unto the Church Wardens or Overseers of the Door of the Sa [..]
Parish of St Clement Danes the Sutne of ten Shillings Pweek for the first four
weeks from the Birth of the Said Child to Support the Said Mary Johnson & her
Said Child in her bying In and five Shillings for the Mid wife for laying
her Wer the Said Justices of the Peace do also Order that the Said Thomas
Clark Junr Shall like wife pay or can [..] to be Paid unto the Overseers of the
poor of the Parrish aforesaid weekely & every week the Since of Two Shillings
Six Pence from the Expiracon of the Said first four Weeks for the releife and
Maintenance of the Said Female Bastard Child for So Long time as the
Said Child Shall continue Charge able to Ye Sd Parish.

And Lastly Wee do Order that the Said Thomas Clark Junr do Forth [..]
five Sufficients security to the Church Wardens & Overseers of the [..]
of the Said Parrish of St Clement Danes for the her Pformance of the
[..] der Otherwise to findr Sufficient Sureties for [..]
[..] at the next General Quarter Sessions [..]
his Contempt & abide Such Farther Order as the Justice
[..] bled there Shall think fit to make herein Given [..]
[..] hands & Seales the Ytrday of June 1711.
