upon reading the humble peticon of Francis Geary< no role >
Keeper of New prison & Henry Moult < no role > Governor. of
the house of Correccon in this County exhited unto
this Court setting forth that the sd. prisons not being
strongenough for the keeping & detaining of prisoners
comitted to the petrs. care & charge severall of such
Prisoners have of late broke out of the sd. prisons &
made their escapes, and particularly severall convicts
out of the sd house of Correccon, It was therefore
prayed by the petrs. that this Court would be pleased to
Order a view to be taken of the sd prisons, and that
some speedy & effectuall care may be taken for the
repaire there of, where upon It is thought fit and
Ordered by this Court that it be And It is hereby
recomended & referred unto Joseph Offley< no role > Richd
