By the Commissioners appointed amongst others for
Putting in Execution in the Said County An Act of Parliament
made in the eighth Year of Her Majesty's Reign Entituled
An Act for Granting An Aid to Her Majesty to be Raised by
a Land-Tax in Great Britain for the Service of the
Year One Thousand Seven hundred and ten.

These are to Authorize the Receiver Generall for the County of
Middlesex to Allow and Pay unto Mr. James Tyton< no role > being Clerke
to the Commissioners acting in the Parish of St. Giles in the fields
in the Said County Three half Pence in the Pound for all Such monies
as the Said Receiver Generall Shall Receive of the Respective
Collectors in the Said Parish By virtue of the Said Act Dated this
Twenty fifth Day of August Anno Dom 1710
