Whereas att the Sessions of Goale delivery held
for the County of Middx att Justice hall in the old
Bayly London on the Fifth day of December in the
fourth yeare of her Prsent Majts Reigne : Thomas Mass< no role >
als Marse< no role > was convicted upon an Indictmt for
unlawfully takeing away three hundred twenty and two
pounds [..] [..] & Ironfrom the house of
one Hugh Merchant< no role > for which he was fined twenty
pounds and was Comitted to her Majts Goale of Newgate
untill he should pay the fine; In pursuance of her
Majts Warrant of the 28th day of Aprill 1710
Countersigned by the Rt Honorbl Sidney Earle of Godolphin< no role >
High Treasr of Greate Brittaine to me directed
impowering me to acknowledge Satisfaction or Cause
Satisfaction to be acknowledged upon the Record of
the said FineThese are to authorize and
desire you to enter or cause to be entred Satisfaction
upon the Record of the Said Indimt and fine of twenty
pounds and to do or cause to be done all other Acts
matters and things Whereby the said Thomas Masse< no role >
als Marsse< no role > may be effectually discharged from the Same
and all molestations Execucons and demands any Ways
relateing there unto and for So doeing this shall be
yor Warrant: Given under my hand this 12th day of May
1710 in the nith yeare of the Reigne of or Sovereigne
Lady Anne Queen of Great Brittaine: Etc
