It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the hamblet of Wapping Stepney in this County & the within named William New< no role > doe attend this
Court on Thursday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to shew cause whythe
should not pay unto thethey or some of them should not pay unto the Petr. the
arreares of the weekly Sume of two shillngs & six penceforwithin
menconed for the maintaining of the bastard child within menconed
and continue the paymt. of a weekly Sume for maintaining of the sd Child
for the future for the long time as the sd child shall be chargeable, And
It is further Ordered by this Court that the sd Churchwarden & Overseers
doe produce before this Court at the time aforesaid the bound entredinto
into by the sd William New< no role > & his security for indempnifying the said
hamblett against the charge of maintaining the sd bastard child as
they & every of them will answer the contrary at their peril
