The Informacon of Anne Battle< no role > wife of
John Battle< no role > of the Parish of St Pauls
Shadwell taken on Oath before me this
third day of January Ann dom 1709

Who Sayth that on this present morning she had
feloniously stolen out of a box up one pair of
Staires & two black sick hoods One Scarfe and
three white Shirts And this Informant being inform'd
by her maid that some person a stranger being up staires this
Informant went up and there she found a person who
cals herselfe Margarett Lee and in another Roome
upon the Same flour there this Informant found a
Cloath Coate and britches lyed up in a Napkin which
[..] aid Coate and britches this morning before the Said
Lee was found was Actually in a Chest of Drawes
and was taken out and lyed up as abovesaid
and beleives she stoale the goods abovesaid
