Sheweth

That by an Order dated the Sixteenth day of May last past under
the hands & seals of Francis Negus< no role > Esqr and Peter Lavigne< no role > Esqr two of
her Masties Justices of the peace for the said County yor peticonr. is
adjudged the reputed father of a Male Bastard Child born of the
body of Martha Griffis< no role > singlewomman [..] in the parish of St Martin
in the Feilds in the said County

Yor: peticonr: being agrieved [..] by the adjudication
of the said Two Justices humbly Appeales to this
Worll: Bench & Prayes (the premises considered) that
the Churchwardrens & Overseers of the poor of said
parish of St Martin in the Feild & all other persons
concerned herein way be Ordered to attend this Court
some day this present Sessions to here & abide the
Judgment & finall determination of this Court touching
this Appeal
