Sheweth


That yr. petitioner Apprentice was Impress by One
Lieve Middleton< no role > [..] Belonging to the East India Company and
Carried to One Captaine Mac Mohan's prison in the Savoy and
is there Detained as a prisoner (agt. the will of yr petitioner)
in Order to be Carried to the East Indies , on the Account of
the East India Company.

Yr. Petitir therefore humbly
prays Releive in the
prmisses

And as in Duty bound
he shall ever
pray etc
